Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel an online order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact CORLETT through the Contact page or at [SUPPORT EMAIL — EMAIL BEING ACTIVATED / COMING SOON] before the cancellation period ends.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Please do not return an item before receiving return instructions and the correct return address from our support team.

RETURN CONDITION

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.

Please return the item with all original components supplied with it, where reasonably possible. Returns must be sent to [RETURN ADDRESS — PROVIDED AFTER REQUEST]. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN COSTS

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due after a cancellation, it will include the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery method is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

We may wait until we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund. Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that point, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you believe an item is faulty or misdescribed, contact us promptly through the Contact page and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
